- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use AppScreenshotStudio for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. Prohibited activities include:

6. Intellectual Property
Our Service: AppScreenshotStudio and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
AI-Generated Content: Content generated by our AI tools may be used commercially without restriction, provided it complies with applicable laws.
Paid Users: If you are on a paid subscription plan, you retain full ownership and exclusive rights to all screenshots and content you create using AppScreenshotStudio. We will not use your content for any purpose other than providing the service to you.
Free Tier Users: By using AppScreenshotStudio on the free tier, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute any screenshots or content you generate through our service. This includes, but is not limited to, use on our website, landing pages, marketing materials, social media, advertisements, case studies, and promotional content. You acknowledge that content created on the free tier may be showcased publicly to demonstrate our service capabilities. If you wish to retain exclusive rights to your generated content, please upgrade to a paid subscription plan.
7. Service Availability
