By accessing or using AppScreenshotStudio (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the service.
2. Description of Service
AppScreenshotStudio is a web-based tool that allows users to create professional App Store screenshots for iOS applications. Our service includes:
- A chat-based builder for generating App Store screenshot sets
- Device frames for iPhone, iPad, Android, and Apple Watch
- Screenshot generation, editing, and export
- Background generation and element customization
- Credit-based usage system
- API and MCP server access for programmatic screenshot generation
3. User Accounts
To use AppScreenshotStudio, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Providing accurate and current information
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
4. Subscription and Payments
AppScreenshotStudio operates on a credit-based system and subscription model:
- Credits are required to generate screenshots
- Subscription plans provide monthly credit allocations
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use AppScreenshotStudio for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. Prohibited activities include:
- Creating screenshots for apps that violate App Store guidelines
- Generating misleading or fraudulent content
- Attempting to reverse engineer or copy our service
- Using automated tools to circumvent rate limits or abuse the service (authorized API and MCP access is permitted)
- Sharing account credentials or credits
- Uploading malicious content or viruses
6. Intellectual Property
Our Service: AppScreenshotStudio and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Generated Content: Screenshots and content you generate using AppScreenshotStudio may be used commercially without restriction, provided use complies with applicable laws and App Store guidelines.
Subscribers: You retain full ownership of all screenshots and content you create. We will not use your content for any purpose other than providing the service to you.
7. Service Availability
While we strive for high availability, AppScreenshotStudio is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or experience outages.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall AppScreenshotStudio be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or service notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
