6. Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain ownership of screenshots and content you create using ScreenCraft. You grant us a license to process and display your content for service provision.
Our Service: AppScreenshotStudio and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
AI-Generated Content: Content generated by our AI tools may be used commercially without restriction, provided it complies with applicable laws.
7. Service Availability
While we strive for high availability, AppScreenshotStudio is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or experience outages.
